Acquiring and growing European SMEs

We acquire and develop profitable SMEs across transport, business services, hospitality, and distribution — in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK.

Led by two founders who have built, scaled, and exited their own businesses.

Our mission

Identifying and acquiring resilient, cash-generative SMEs with strong fundamentals across five priority sectors.

Acquisition focus

We target healthy, owner-operated SMEs with €1.5M–€10M revenue, recurring income, and a solid local position. We seek situations where the founder is retiring or ready for a strategic partner.

Operational excellence

We step in as hands-on operators, preserving the existing team and know-how while strengthening management systems, improving processes, and growing margins.

Build & scale

We leverage fragmented markets to build through buy-and-build consolidation, using disciplined LBO structures and established banking relationships.

Our strategy

A three-pillar approach to value creation in every acquisition.

Acquire

Target profitable SMEs with EBITDA between €150K and €1M, in sectors with recurring revenues and low disruption risk. Deal structure: majority or 100% acquisition via dedicated holding (LBO).

Optimize

Preserve the existing team and operational know-how. Strengthen management reporting, streamline processes, and improve margins through operational excellence — not radical transformation.

Scale

Leverage improved margins and operational efficiency to drive organic growth, optimize procurement, and execute additional acquisitions in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK.
